I was really hoping there’d be a better range of resources, but it felt limited. I had a hard time finding anything that actually matched my kid’s level, and what I thought would be a quick search turned into way more stress than I was expecting.

The books are fine, I guess, but the whole time I was like, “Wait, this is it for the price?” They’re not bad, but they feel way too expensive for what you actually get. I expected better value.

I ordered from Pascal Press and it was more frustrating than I expected. The website was really slow, the checkout felt awkward to use, and at one point I was not even sure if the order had actually gone through.

The updates were slow too, so I kept having to check things myself instead of just getting clear info. For a basic book order, it should not have been that much hassle. I would not be keen to order again

I ordered a few books from pascalpress.com.au and just needed to check something about the delivery date, so I sent customer service a message thinking it would be a quick thing.

It ended up taking a few days to hear back, and when they finally replied, the answer was really vague. I had to follow up again, which just made me feel mentally drained over something that should’ve been simple.
The books themselves arrived fine in the end, so no issue there, but the support experience wasn’t great. For an online store, I’d definitely expect faster and more helpful replies.

I bought a few Pascal Press books thinking they’d be good for exam prep, but they felt basic. When you’re revising, the whole point is to feel a bit more confident as you go, not more confused. For a study book, I need to be able to trust the answers, and unfortunately I couldn’t with this one.

I ordered a workbook and, to be fair, it showed up in good shape and everything was fine with the item itself. It just took a little longer than I thought it would, so I was kind of checking the tracking more than I expected. Not a huge deal or anything, just a bit slower than ideal. I’d probably order again, but only if I’m not needing it right away.

Using the site was mostly fine and easy to figure out, but every now and then it got a little clunky and I swear it felt like my patience was hanging on by a thread. Nothing totally awful, just not as smooth as I hoped.

These books have been useful overall and mostly match what my kids are covering at school, which is definitely a plus. Every now and then, though, a topic feels like it comes a little earlier or later than expected, so I still find myself checking in with the teacher just to be sure. Not a big issue, but I do think the curriculum links could be made a bit clearer. Still, they’ve been helpful to have at home.

The books showed up in great shape, and I’m happy with the quality. The pages feel sturdy, the print is nice and clear, and overall they just seem well made. Definitely a good buy.

I bought this thinking it would be fine for kids, but it really doesn’t feel appropriate for the age level listed. I kept wondering, how is this okay for children? Definitely not something I’d recommend for younger kids.
